Ah, the Dutch Delight. It sings of windmills, smells of the sweet land reclaimed by the delta works, is as pretty as any picture by Rembrandt.
No one knows for sure, but it is rumored that a great great cousin of Franks new Vincent Van Gogh. She was given a sketch he’d done and beneath the sketch was some strange bit of writing. Well one day, she spilled wine all over the sketch (which already had a coffee stain on it from Van Gogh himself) and what was left was a recipe for this beautiful muffin. Passed down through generations we’re lucky to have a piece of this fine art in Anacortes.
